I can't remember which one though. ^_^;;; Its always cool to see something you've written in an official publication. The "Manga Guide to" series used one of my quotes as part of their promotional campaign early on. ^_^AstroNerdBoyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01916904278388886800noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7359282494220851602.post-74260568078378441332012-03-09T18:00:59.362+13:002012-03-09T18:00:59.362+13:00No, not that good. I started buying Negima! tankoubons for the same reason. I bought the Tenchi novels, books, and most of the GXP novels with the intent of one day reading them in Japanese. Well, my work schedule didn't work with Japanese classes, so I haven't been to class in about two years. :-( I still buy the tankoubons though.AstroNerdBoyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01916904278388886800noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7359282494220851602.post-21612373743001145752012-03-09T01:31:29.464+13:002012-03-09T01:31:29.464+13:00Yay my email to Carl Horn will appear in a future ...Yay my email to Carl Horn will appear in a future OMG volume!Lanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17236048894890201415noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7359282494220851602.post-56545141517490535862012-03-09T00:07:05.074+13:002012-03-09T00:07:05.074+13:00That's the novel 'First End', written ...That's the novel 'First End', written by Urd's Japanese voice actress Yumi Tohma. I haven't read it yet. I plan on doing so when i finish volume 35, because it was released in Japan around the time volume 35 was released.

The re-releases all had coloured spines to emphasize the internal colour pages, though Fujishima stopped doing so with chapter 55 in volume 9 being the last. From volumes 10-12, Dark Horse included colour artwork in the beginning of the volumes. from here everything was purely grey-scale.

Your Japanese must be pretty good to be able to read the tankoubons! Though i guess you have the GMT releases to fall back on. fair enough :P :DLanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17236048894890201415noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7359282494220851602.post-12583265532679059292012-03-08T20:45:51.995+13:002012-03-08T20:45:51.995+13:00If I recall correctly, those colored spine edition...If I recall correctly, those colored spine editions also had color manga pages, right? My collection is in the basement and I'm kind of behind on picking up current Dark Horse volumes (just stuck to the Japanese tankoubon editions).

What's the big one on the far right?AstroNerdBoyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01916904278388886800noreply@blogger.com
